It’s an independent project where plays are performed in a secret room, just one meter away from the audience.
The experience breaks with the traditional format: upon climbing the stairs, the audience is welcomed into a living room decorated with plants, paintings, and a disco ball.
There, attendees have a beer before heading into the room where the performance takes place.
We saw *Raquel*, a psychological thriller. The play tells the story of a woman who rehearses her own version of events following the sudden death of her husband. The arrival of a stranger disrupts her narrative.
The script for this play stood out on the local scene after being selected for the Teatro Colón Playwriting Competition, where it competed against more than a hundred other entries.
Actors such as Isabel Olano and Moisés Ballesteros took part in the production.

The layout of Teatro Estudio 87, located at Diagonal 45d #19-73, requires a small audience to maintain the tension and extreme closeness between the cast and the audience.
Although prices are subject to change, tickets typically cost around 50,000 pesos per person. The price includes the first drink in the living room.
Soon, this independent venue plans to open a new season of plays featuring productions tailored to the intimate atmosphere of this cultural hideaway.
