Las Flores de Valeria is a haven dedicated to art and blues located at Carrera 6 #15 Sur – 10, in San Cristóbal.
Unlike traditional venues, the place operates without signs or spotlights at its entrance, opting for a low-key profile away from the usual trendy circuits.
Its facade is unassuming, painted yellow and green. Although it looks like an ordinary house, it houses a cultural space with more than two decades of history.
Art showcase and blues concerts
Upon stepping through the door, the interior of the house reveals itself as a space whose walls are covered with paintings, photographs, and various works of art.
Throughout its years of operation, the venue has been dedicated to promoting and exhibiting the works of local creators, as well as visiting artists seeking opportunities to gain visibility.
The venue has also established itself as one of the few bastions of blues in the capital.
In keeping with its philosophy of fostering connection, the space does not offer Wi-Fi to encourage dialogue among attendees.
The usual atmosphere changes on Saturdays, when the house is completely transformed to host live music concerts, with tickets starting at 10,000 pesos.

The project is led by its owner, John Ruiz, who named this cultural hub in honor of his daughter.
John manages the venue and is known among attendees for sharing the space’s history through his stories and anecdotes.
