Anthorsha Kaffé is celebrating its 15th anniversary in style.
For the occasion, they created a drink served in a glass that combines gooseberry extract, cold brew, lemon juice, and tonic water.
We visited as part of the Pasaporte Cafetero, a tour focused on exploring different coffee shops around the city.
The shop welcomed us with this announcement on its chalkboard: “15 years of stories, coffee, and moments that bring us together.”
The shop serves as the second stop on a circuit comprising 35 coffee shops.
Their offering for the route is the“Refreshing Sweetness,”a cold beverage in which the ingredients are poured in layers over ice to blend the nuances of the coffee with fruity and carbonated notes.
This drink costs 15,000 pesos, while the booklet to track the entire tour costs 25,000 pesos.
Diversity in Brewing Methods at Anthorsha Kaffé
At its main counter, the café focuses exclusively on filter coffee.
Visitors can choose from a variety of brewing methods, ranging from V60 pour-over to French press.
The more complex brewing methods include Chemex, Aeropress, the siphon, and traditional Turkish coffee.
They also use the Fretta coffee maker for cold brews.
Depending on daily availability, the shop uses single-origin beans of the Arabica, Geisha, and Bourbon varieties.
This entire coffee selection is complemented by a menu that includes pastries, snacks, and a variety of cocktail options.
To earn the stamp on the page dedicated to the Puente Aranda and Bogotá Graffiti area, participants in the circuit must visit the location at Calle 4B #54-08.
